Church Field, Norfolk

Planning has been granted for our scheme of 7 private new homes in Little Plumstead, east of Norwich. The Church Field development at Octagon Park will see the construction of 7 contemporary pavilion style houses arranged in a crescent overlooking 20 acres of private parkland. We designed the homes to Passivhaus Plus standard, meaning they are ultra-low energy with the primary energy requirements produced through on-site sustainable power sources.
