St Saviours, Norwich

St Saviours is a 60,000 square foots housing scheme, which will replace a derelict factory in the centre of Norwich. It faces onto St.Saviours Church, one of the city’s oldest Norman buildings, and has been designed to reflect the scale and character of the surrounding architecture. The roofline of the new development is animated by a dramatic wave of parapets redolent of the saw-toothed roods on the neighbouring industrial buildings. Public elevations are clad in brick and courtyard elevations in timber.
