Planning Approval for North Norfolk Home

We’re thrilled to have received planning approval for a bespoke, low energy home to replace a derelict building on an overgrown site in North Norfolk.

Carefully sited to the east of the plot the house maximises the long views and natural light. The living spaces are located on the first floor to take full advantage of the southern field views, with a layout that balances open-plan living with enclosed rooms for retreat.

Designed to complement local architecture, the home combines traditional and contemporary materials. The main body of the house will be a Norfolk red brick, with distinctive, projecting header brickwork wrapping around the ground floor, a flint stair turret and timber accents on the south elevation and garage.
