Sympathetic redevelopment of Norwich’s under used Wensum Lodge into a craft and community hub, visitor destination and platform for skills development. We are working with Norfolk County Council to establish how this historic site can be redeveloped into appropriate modern spaces to include maker space, community use, offices, exhibition space and craft markets. We provided a high level condition assessment assessing priority concerns and commented around the high level redevelopment strategy and phasing; identifying the major barriers to redevelopment and potential funding streams.
