The project at Eagle Road sees the delivery of twenty four new homes, with associated highway and landscaping works on the edge of the village of Erpingham. The development comprises of both affordable and open market homes.
A mix of dwelling size and type has been achieved to enable a varied form and materials, with properties sited to avoid a uniform roof scape, and to ensure that the scale and massing related sympathetically to the surround context, which maintains the informal route established by local residents.
