Planning approval and listed building consent has recently been granted for the refurbishment of 20 Bank Plain on behalf of Norwich University of the Arts.
The refurbishment will breathe new life into this iconic and historic building, preserving its legacy while transforming it into a vibrant centre for the University. This phase of the project will create a vibrant student hub with a new café, support centre and student union spaces. The project includes the creation of a new, fully accessible entrance on Castle Meadow, improving the universities connections with the City.
20 Bank Plain will enhance the Norwich University of the Arts historic estate, creating an inspiring place at the heart of the campus, supporting growth and expansion of the University.
