East Point Pavilion

We worked closely with Hemingway Design on the strategy and design for the realisation of this project; identifying ways to bring this long loved but underused building back into use.

By stripping out the internal mezzanine and recent fixtures and fittings the full volume of the building is finally revealed. Clever ventilation and flexible fit out allows the building to be light and airy all summer long. A new changing places toilet also makes this a fully inclusive venue.

This unique venue is home to independent street food traders, a house bar and a space for developing a year-round schedule of live music DJ’s performances and events.
