A successful planning application for the demolition of existing workshops and construction of three new houses. The location is an extremely tight site in Norwich city centre surrounded by flats, houses, listed buildings and the Arts Centre. A new terrace of three bespoke houses is proposed with each new dwelling incorporating a private first floor terrace and ground floor bedroom courtyard. These are contemporary designs with a shell of traditional materials.
