Two new dwellings located on an existing private car park in Rose Valley, Norwich which reconnects an otherwise fragmented urban site between the shops and townhouses of Unthank Road and the residential area of Rose Valley. Considerations and design decisions have been made in response to the immediate context, in order to enhance the neighbourhood and provide high quality dwellings for modern living.
