Hudson Architects have been appointed as design lead for Norfolk County Council’s Future Ready (FR) Property Enhancement Initiative.
This initiative led by MACE, in collaboration with Purcell, Hoare Lea, GDM Group and Elliot Wood, focuses on revitalising and modernising Norfolk County Council’s estate to meet the demands of tomorrow. The comprehensive and forward-thinking programme involves upgrading and retrofitting over 100 council properties to ensure longevity and functionality as well as fitness for purpose. The project will prioritise structural integrity, thermal efficiency and address wear and tear issues to ensure the council’s property portfolio remains robust, efficient and aligned with contemporary standards.
