Planning and Listed Building Consent for Grade II listed house.

We are delighted to have received full planning and listed building consent for the extension, alterations and refurbishment of a Grade II listed house in Norfolk.

To ensure its long-term conservation we will be undertaking a sympathetic and thorough conversion of the house and adjacent coach house, joining both buildings with a glazed link addressing the garden. Considered thermal upgrades such as insulating floors and installing breathable internal wall insulation will bring the property up to modern standards of living whilst preserving historic features. The current oil-fired heating system will be replaced with a cleaner air source heat pump, with carefully placed PV solar arrays contributing to the reduction of property’s carbon footprint.

The project is planned to start on-site in July 2024.
